Shonda brings her unique Signature Method to the Hamptons from June to September. This amazing workout combines the principles of the Pilates method with the graceful movements and endurance from dance in a very rigorous and challenging way to create a long, lean, elegant body. Small Group Tower

Designed to provide students with an overall body workout that strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups. Classes may include Magic Circles, hand weights, and other props as well as the Tower Unit. All classes are 55 minutes and class size is limited to 7 students, therefore reservations are required.

The Essentials

If you are new to Pilates check out The Essentials, a class designed for the absolute beginner. It’s like the tower class, only we give you all the pointers and cheering on that you need.

Please note: Standing appointments are suggested for classes. By making a standing appointment, you reserve a spot in the same class on the same day week after week. This means no more remembering to call for a reservation or wondering if there’s space for you in your favorite class.

Private Sessions

One Student, One Teacher for 55 minutes. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs, abilities and goals of each client and can include Tower work, Creative Cardio and Nutritional Guidance. We recommend that new students begin with a private session in order to learn the fundamentals and focus solely on their body.
